Visa Formalities Details:

Airlines & Hotel Policies:

1. Official Check in time is 14:00 – 16:00 hours .Rooms may not be available for early check- in unless booked in advance.
2. Official Check-out time at 10:00 - 12:00, early checkout will attract full cancelation charge.
3. Booking might cancelled automatically after 18:00 hours if hotel is not informed about late arrival.
4. All applicable additional charges to be paid directly to the hotel by the guest at the time of check out.
5. All special requests subject to hotel availability at the time of check-in.
6. As per policy, property reserve the right to collect credit card pre-authorization for any extras that the guests may incur during the stay.
7. Airline fares and hotel rates are subject to change without prior notice unless ticketed and booked
8. On the expiry of the time limit, bookings will automatically get cancelled by the airline or hotel. In such cases, a new quotation will be given depending on the current availability of seats and rooms.
9. Any amendment and Cancellation request will attract penalty as per Airline and hotel restrictions.
10. The first & family name given in the booking should be the same as it appears in the passport & the passport and GCC Resident Visa should be valid for minimum 6 months.
11. Please check the Passport/Visa/Health requirements for the country of origin, transit & destination with the respective Consulates.
12. Any special handling e.g. unaccompanied minors, wheelchairs or assistance for medical cases Etc… request has to be sent to us well in advance.
13. Triple Sharing room or child with bed will be provided sofa cum bed

Terms & conditions

1. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability at time of check-in / check- out
2. Visa is subject to approval from the Ministry and is totally under the discretion of the embassy & financial implication arising of this would be borne by the client.
3. In case of any cancellation or reschedules of our Domestic or International Flight during the travel period, travellers are advised to bear the expenses during that time on their own.
4. Any services not utilized on time will not be refunded nor adjusted.
5. Please take extra care of your personal belongings while on the tour, Elite Global Enterprises FZC company will not be liable for any loss of belongings/baggage.
6. Travel and Tourism company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, baggage loss, theft, injury, accident, death, breakdown, or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine, and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense must be borne by the passengers.
7. Any guest under any circumstances, if found Covid positive while in hotel or elsewhere, Elite Global Enterprises FZC will not be responsible for any extension, hospitalization, rescheduling of flight bookings, deportation, emergency evacuation or death due to Covid-19 or any other means. All expenses incurred for the same must be borne by the customer.
8. Elite Global Enterprises FZC will not be responsible for change in travel regulation which may interrupt or cause change in the travel plan at any point post confirmation of services.
9. Elite Global Enterprises FZC will not be responsible for cancellation of this package due to any changes in Govt. rules and regulation of respective countries.
10. As a Travel House/Tour operator, Elite Global Enterprises FZC doesn’t have any control over Airline/Railways/Coach/Shipping companies or any other facilities provided by the third parties.
